Second fermentation in bottles and ageing with lees for 3 years on racks (traditional method). Tilted and shaken before disgorging and final corking. Received a small dose of around 7 g of sugar per liter.
Tasting NotesRefreshing and fruity, nice red berry finish. Great Intensity, length and depth to rival Champagne.
