VinificationGrown and matured in ‘early-ripening’ soil due to the sunlight reflection from the light-colored and pebbled terroir. The grapes are delicately pressed in a pneumatic press. Prior to the fermentation, the terroir expression is maximized by an contact between the clear juice and the fine lees for at least 8 months. A cold temperature fermentation ensures a slow fermentation that reveals the complexity.

Tasting NotesIn this wine, ripe white-currant and crisp apple fruits are paired with acidity, fresh citrus zest and an edge of minerality. Young and vibrant , the wine will be better from 2022. - RV
