Meet Our 2 New Wines!

We are delighted to introduce two new wines to the David Milligan Selections family!

This fall, we are adding to our lineup of fine French wines, a Pinot Noir from Domaine Fournier Père et Fils, as well as Lucie Dutron Mâcon-Villages.

You likely recognize the name Dutron. That’s because we have been working for years with the Dutron Family, owners of Château Vitallis of Macon Fuisse and Pouilly-Fuisse fame. While Lucie’s brother Maxime and their father Denis run the 16-hectare estate, Lucie and her husband Stephane have been hard at work making their own wine. They’re located in the south of Burgundy in the village of Clessé in the heart of the Viré-Clessé appellation.

Lucie Dutron Mâcon-Villages 2017 is a rich white wine with pleasing intensity. Round and supple on the palate with excellent minerality and a strong finish, it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser. It is 100% Chardonnay from a blend of declassified Macon-Viré, Macon-Verzé and Macon-Péronne as the production in each is too small for their own bottling.  Request A Sample Today!

Domaine Fournier Pere et Fils Pinot Noir 2016 is a great extension of their work with Pinot Noir in Sancerre where they custom designed and specially made their tanks. This wine is grown in Touraine with a surprisingly juicy, fruit forward style while retaining enough earthiness to make it 100% Loire Valley Pinot.

We encourage you to give these new wines a warm welcome and a thoughtful sip. Request A Sample Today!
