Vinification Pneumatic pressing, static cold settling, matured on the lees for 4 months. No MLF. The Roussane is vinified and matured in the barrel before final blending.
Tasting Notes 92 Points Wine Spectator- Plump in feel, this features a core of kiwifruit, with green almond, honeysuckle and white peach flavors stitched together and backed by a subtle echo of lime custard on the finish. Drink now through 2023.
